I have Venus in Aries in the 6th, and I like to say I was a pioneer in the field of remote work which I did starting back in the mid-80s. Vesta, Eris, and the North Node are there, too, so I just HAD to be self-employed.
I have Aries ruling my 10th house, Aries energy is great at being self employed. I expect most people born before 1980 will be familiar with Linda Goodman. Though there is much about her methods I disagree with, I doubt if astrology would have been ingrained in our culture without her.

I'm sure I had Linda's book back in the day although I don't remember much about it other than I wasn't impressed by her sun-sign take on astrology.
